Alleviate Headaches

Everyone knows what a headache and all we’ve ever had because of some problems, disease, or may suffer from headaches or migraines.
There are many things we can do to alleviate headaches, but ideal would be to find the source of headaches to make it go away permanently, unfortunately, is not always possible.
Food
Headaches that are targeted to specific places may be due to lack of vitamins or nutrients in food. Frequent headache is caused by the foods we feel bad, or bad eating habits which lead us to repeat the same meal and forget about vegetables, fruits and all the healthy foods we consume.
Water
Drink lots of water. Often, headaches appear as symptoms of dehydration or poor hydration. Often, with just drinking a few sips of water headache is lost, so simple and stunning. Very cold water can aggravate the pain, suggested drinks hot or room temperature.
Coffee
Coffee is a stimulant drink, which sometimes can be very helpful in relieving headache, and can be used in combination with pain relievers like aspirin nonprescription to enhance the calming effects. But on the other hand can cause headaches in others. If you take too much plain coffee, or maybe I should stop.
Lemon
Lemon is a natural remedy for headaches, which act immediately. We can take pure lemon juice with water or tea, the higher the concentration of the juice will have more effect. Other homes drug made from leather or skin of the lemon peel to the crush in mortar to form a thin paste and apply directly to the head or temple.
