AcneChances are if you are a teenager today, you probably suffer from acne to one degree or another, whether it is the occasional outbreak or if more serious. Either way, it can be a frightening and sometimes confusing to wage battle. It is important to get all the myths and rumors clarified.

A common myth about food and acne is that eating chocolate will make your acne worse. There have been many studies regarding acne but does not reach the conclusion that acne is aggravated by eating chocolate, so go crazy and even eat.

Another rumor is that after your child / teen years, they no longer have to worry about acne. This is, unfortunately, a false statement. Acne can appear anywhere on the skin at any age. Usually occurs in adults when it comes in the form of scars.
