One of the worst feelings in the world can be victims of anxiety. There are many potential effects on the body anxiety.

For me, I’ve never been the most outgoing. I’m the guy who likes to sit in the back of the bus, or the kind that usually even dance at a party unless someone grabs my hand and leads me to. Most that equated me to have severe anxiety.

At first it was not always as serious as it was last year! At first, I could live with more and still do normal things and just feels a little anxious. I could go out and take my normal seat in the back and not have to mingle with the crowd. That may be good for some but for others it can make you really stop to enjoy what life in the nearest city, and to help others and have a great time here. I had not even thought about how I can cure my anxiety because I was so used to living this life protected. (more…)
