Preventing a hangover
Want to avoid the discomfort usually after you’ve exceeded the alcohol? Undoubtedly, the best way to avoid a hangover is to limit our consumption of beverage alcohol. However, there are other steps we can take into account when to avoid headaches, intense thirst, vomiting and other symptoms characteristic of the surf early-morning.
A time to prevent a hangover the main thing is not to mix drinks with alcohol carbonated (the drink carbonated are those that combine sugar, water and flavorings). You should also avoid fruit juices mixed with alcohol as this will cause you more quickly dehydrated.
Undoubtedly, eating before drinking will help reduce the possibility of having a hangover . Potatoes, for example, contain flavonoids, which can help reduce the symptoms of hangover (some say that eating potatoes boiled before drinking allowed to drink more and feel less affected). Also if you drink vodka do not mix with drink fruit drinks energy or any other carbonated drink. If you do you get dehydrated more quickly and therefore your future hangovers will be higher.
Finally, drink plenty of fluids. It is highly recommended to drink the same amount of water than alcohol. Try it before bed and see that the next day’s hangover will be less important. Do not get up with dry mouth and I continued to throw off of that (and annoying) sense of thirst.
