Anxiety can be very detrimental to your appearance, your social life and sometimes your overall health. When hard for long periods of time, becomes a serious issue that must be examined by a medical professional. Like any other health problem, there are many causes that can lead to severe anxiety.

One of the main causes of anxiety may be genetics. Biology largely determines how we are, eye color to the shape of the nose, and the right to the main core of our personality. If one or both of their parents tend to worry about things regularly, then you probably have the same reactions to situations. It is possible that this type of feature to skip generations, but probably not more than the inheritance filtration captures you from the nervous environment in which you live.
