Finally Weekend! We arrived the day of the week expected. We wait two days to rest and come out with our family and friends. Perhaps we will have a birthday party or we will go to dinner at a restaurant where the food we find it very tempting. Diets usually begin on a Monday because Saturday and Sunday usually break all the rules in our food and we completely forget exercise. Therefore, the studies say that a person consumes more calories on those days.
