<p>These days most of the people, not just children, are getting used to junk food consumption, sometimes because Mom and Dad are working and burgers, salchipapas and other foods like these are quick and easy, take the trouble at a time of hunger, but do not realize how damaging they are to health.</p>
<p>The consumption of junk food causes obesity, large and small and more terrible becomes less intelligent children, a diet based on potatoes and potato crisps, biscuits and pizzas among children under three years causes brain damage to trigger point reduction in IQ.</p>

Metabolism is obese individuals of normal weight. His blood insulin and sugar levels in the blood, however, are much higher than expected.</p>
<p>Metabolic obesity is probably best described as &#8220;the obesity that is waiting to happen.&#8221; A recent clinical study at the University of Vermont offers a good example.</p>
<p>The doctors examined 71 women aged 21 to 35. Of the 71 women participating in the study, 13 were found to be &#8220;metabolically obese.&#8221;</p>
<p>The weight difference was not, although metabolically obese women weighed slightly more (an average of 132 pounds) than normal women (an average of 129 pounds). Nor is the difference in body fat, while the metabolically obese women had a slightly higher percentage of body fat, 32% compared with 27%.</p>
