You’ve probably heard more than one occasion to drink a glass of wine at lunch is good for our health, as this is rich in antioxidants, which help reduce cholesterol and blood pressure. But now comes a truly wonderful news and we all happy, especially us women, the wine can help keep your weight under control.

Take in moderation, one or two drinks a day, gives us great benefits. Research carried out in women of normal weight for a long period of time that resulted in those who drank a daily glass or two of red wine a day had up to 30% less likely to be overweight than those who did not.

The reason that wine contributes to a healthy weight is that the digestion of alcohol boosts your body get rid of calories. The women’s bodies naturally creates less of the enzyme that metabolizes alcohol than men, so to digest a drink have to keep producing it, which requires the body to burn energy.

Alcohol also burn calories by a process called thermogenesis. The reason that sometimes you cheeks blush when you drink any liquor is because alcohol raises body temperature, causing the body to burn calories to create heat.

Another good and favorable findings for us women is that it has found that those who drink wine in moderation, eat less. Supposedly this is because more calmly savor the food and drink, and not to mention the pleasure of combining the two, what we know as marriage.
