Asthma is sometimes known as bronchial asthma. Doctors say the two are not different but one and the same. Bronchial asthma is an old term for a condition in which the bronchial tubes are limited and inflammation, causing difficulty breathing.

Most people with bronchial asthma without symptoms marked by periods of asthma attacks when exposed to triggers called external stimuli. The main symptom of bronchial asthma is cough and difficulty breathing, especially at night. However, the symptoms are mostly mild and unnoticeable for years. Over the past two decades, the prevalence of bronchial asthma has increased greatly with most new cases were detected in urban areas, where overcrowding and environmental conditions expose people to some of the triggers of asthma, as dust mites, smoke, chemicals and other air pollutants.
