What Should I Do To Cure My Anxiety?

One of the worst feelings in the world can be victims of anxiety. There are many potential effects on the body anxiety.
For me, I’ve never been the most outgoing. I’m the guy who likes to sit in the back of the bus, or the kind that usually even dance at a party unless someone grabs my hand and leads me to. Most that equated me to have severe anxiety.
At first it was not always as serious as it was last year! At first, I could live with more and still do normal things and just feels a little anxious. I could go out and take my normal seat in the back and not have to mingle with the crowd. That may be good for some but for others it can make you really stop to enjoy what life in the nearest city, and to help others and have a great time here. I had not even thought about how I can cure my anxiety because I was so used to living this life protected.
Until a year ago I got my anguish rather misleading to think it was a guy who could go out and have fun, but then little anxiety that is ever growing. I didn’t care for it, and for a time began to take care of me. I started to have different relationships with many episodes of anxiety. One thing I went through it could not eat. I spent most of the time throwing up over what I ate.
The anxiety has made me so weak that my stomach just could not hold any food. I like to go with the family and the only person who could not eat anything because of the severity of my anxiety. I hated it. The food always looked great and I wanted I could take a bite, but I would not have to clean up what is likely to go. I thought how can I cure my anxiety.
